I’m thinking back to the way I felt a few months back… I’m unsure if it’s just pure exhaustion or if there are other forces at work, but my self confidence has taken a slow dive.
SO! To repeat my friend’s advice, I think it would be a wonderful practice for you to come up with 50 things that you love/appreciate about yourself. Just a silent, personal list.
I’ll say right now that if you’re a little down on yourself this is going to be incredibly challenging.
